Clay poisoning in purposes, herbs, spices and wine

Many crops are contaminated with funtal mycototoxins, but some foods are worse than others.

Oats can be thought of as “alternatively healthy.” One way they improve people’s health is by providing substances that “Enhance the growth of beneficial microbiota.” There are all kinds of oats, ranging from cut-cut-cut-cut-cut groats, Intact Oat Groats (their form before cutting), all the way down to the most decorated grains, like bees.

“The surprising folding of grains, which can disturb the cell walls and damage the starch granules, makes them more available for digestion.” This is bad because we want starch to make it all the way to the top of our colon to feed our good bacteria. Grinding oats into oat flour makes breakfast cereal worse. When comparing blood sugar and insulin responses, you can see very low spikes with cut-cut-cut-cut-cut oats, as shown below and at 0:54 in my video Ochratoxin in certain herbs, spices and wine.

What about Ochratoxin? As seen here and at 1:01 for mine videoOats are the leading source of dietary exposure to these contaminants, but they are not the only one.

There is global contamination of food crops with Mycotoxins, and some experts estimate that 25% of the world’s crops are affected. That figure is attributed to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, but the stat is bogus. It’s not 25%. Instead, it could be as much as 60% to 80%. “The high incidence may be explained by the combination of the improved sensitivity of the analysis [testing] Mechanisms and impacts of climate change. “

Spices have been found to have very high concentrations of mycotoxins, but because they are taken in such small amounts, they are not considered modest. We can certainly do our part to reduce our risk, however. For example, we must keep spices dry after opening closed containers or packages.

What about dried herbs? In “Mycotoxins in plant-based food bases: A hidden risk to consumers’ health,” the investigators found that Mycotoxin-based milk supplements had the highest Mycotoxin concentrations. It turns out that a humid, wet climate is necessary during the harvest of milk thistle, which is obviously why they get clay. “Considering that milk thistle preparations are mainly used by people with liver disease,” an excess of the compound that is toxic to the liver can bring some concern.

Wine found in the United States seems to have high standards. In fact, one of the highest standards found so far in the world is still with US wine, but it is contaminated with wine in general. In fact, some suggest that this is why we see such levels in people’s blood – perhaps because many people drink regularly.

Ochratoxin is said to be a kidney toxin with immunosuppresprespresprespresprespressive, birth causing, and carcinogenic properties. So, what about Ochratoxin DecentAmination in wine? That is, it detoxifies? Accordingly, I tried to prevent contamination in the first place, but because this does not always work, the focus is on finding effective ways of MyCotoxins already present in food. This is where yeast comes in as a “promising and friendly solution,” because mycotoxins bind to the yeast cell wall. The thought is that we can pull the yeast. Another way to eat something like healthy yeast is to prevent absorption.

Works on chickens. Give yeast and aflatoxin (another Mycotoxin), and the severity of the resulting disease decreases. However, using something like nutritional yeast as a binder “depends on the strength of the Yeast-Mycotoxin Complex through the gastrointestinal tract.” We know yeast can remove ochratoxin from food, but we had no clue if it worked in the gut up to 44%. Therefore, if you try to stay under the highest daily food and drink one glass of wine, even if your snack bar is popcorn filled with nutritional yeast, you would not exceed the tolerable food. But what does that mean? How bad is ochratoxin? We’ll find out next.

Doctor’s Note

This is the second video in a four-part series on mold toxicity. The first one was there Ochratoxin in breakfast cereal.
