Food and nutrition based on the cultivation of migraines and traumatic brain injury

What effects does fasting and a plant-based diet have on TBI and migraines?
Uncontrolled and unpublished research aims to show a beneficial effect of fasting for migraine headaches, but fasting may actually cause migraines rather than help them. In fact, “skipping meals is among the most commonly identified dietary causes” of headaches in general. In a review of hundreds of meals at the truenorth health center in California, the incidence of headache was about three, but truenorth also published a report of notable cases of post-traumatic headache.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that more than a million Americans sustain a traumatic brain injury (TBIS) every year. Chronic pain is a common problem, affecting perhaps three-quarters of those who suffer from it. There are drugs, of course, to treat post-traumatic headaches. There are always drugs. And if the drugs don’t work, there is surgery, cutting the nerves to the head to stop the pain.
What about fasting and plants? A 52-year-old woman presented with a debilitating, hard-to-reliable, chronic, intermittent headache. And when I say infinite, I mean infinite; He was in pain for 16 years. He then finds long-term relief after fasting, followed by a plant-based diet, free of added sugar, oil, or salt.
Before that, he had tried drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug after drug. Before rushing, he began with constant pain. After that, after the fast, the intensity of the pain was cut in half, but although he still had daily pain, at least there were some pain-free periods. Six months later, he tried again, and finally his headache became milder, lasting less than ten minutes, and less. He continued that way for months and even years, as you can see below and at 1:45 in my video Fasting for brain injury headache.
Now, it is difficult to eliminate the effects of fasting from the effects of all the food, food based on the food he remained in the following years. You’ve heard of analgesics (painkillers). Yes, there are other foods that may be pro-algesec (pain enhancing), such as foods high in arachidonic acid, including meat, dairy and eggs. Therefore, the reduction of arachidonic acid – when our body makes a range of pro-inflammatory compounds – can be achieved by eating a plant-based diet. So, maybe that contributed to that benefit in the fasting case, because many plant foods are high in anti-inflammatory components. In terms of Migraine Headaches, eating more plant foods and less animal foods may help, but you don’t know until you put it to the test.
The researchers found that a plant-based diet might offer the best of both worlds, so they designed a randomized, controlled study in which those with regular migraines were assigned to either eat a plant-based diet or take a placebo pill. After that, the groups were turned off. During the placebo phase, half of the participants said their pain improved, while the other half said their pain stayed the same or got worse. But, during the eating phase, almost all of them got better, as you can see here and in my 3:11 video.

During that first phase, the diet group experienced significant improvements in the number of headaches, pain intensity and headache days, and a reduction in the number of painkillers they needed to take. In fact, it worked very well. Many people were unwilling to return to their previous diet after completing the trial diet phase, thus refusing to complete the study. Remember, the participants had to go back to their normal diet and take the placebo pill, but they felt better on the plant-based diet they were rejecting. We have seen this and other trials, where those who ate plants derived from fighting, often refused to leave them, harming the subject. Therefore, a plant-based diet can sometimes work very well.
