When you are sick with breaking eggs, these Cottage cheese panco are a beautiful way. I always make a double batch to keep me more right hand and / or prep on the prep on the next day.

Proteins Pancake

  • 1/2 cup GF The purpose of all intention or oat flour (I put Oats in my blender)
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 1/4 TSP teaspoon of silk
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese, I used 2% from @organicmadow
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Options
  • 1 TSP remove vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Milk, Optional (if you need little one)
  • 1. Mix together dry ingredients.

  • 2. In Blender, Combine all wet ingredients.

  • 3. Enter the wet in Dry mixing, mix correctly.

  • 4. Pour 1/4 cups at the same time in a nearby warm and cruel pan.
